Cancellation must be made in writing and is free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the event. In case of no-show or cancellation later than two weeks before the event date, the full event price plus VAT will be due. Lexxion will gladly accept a replacement participant at no additional cost. The customer is free to prove that Lexxion has incurred no or lower damages.

The event may be filmed or photographed. It is in our legitimate interest to provide a record of the event and an indication of the audience of the various events. For two days, participants will receive an extensive training about the new guidelines so that they will leave the training mastering every aspects of it
